- L* combined with L%, H%, L!H%, LH% or HL%
- H* combined with L%, !H% or HL%
- L+H* combined with L%, !H%, H%, LH%, HL% or LHL%
- L!H% combined with L%
- H+L* combined with L%, H%, LH% or HL%
